You MUST create your user page before your account can be reviewed and approved. You will not be able to edit or create any pages until you have created your user page, and an EyeWiki staff member has reviewed and approved your account. You will get a link to your User Page after you have submitted your username and password.

EyeWiki is a single site where ophthalmologists, other physicians, patients and the public can view detailed content written by ophthalmologists covering the vast spectrum of eye disease, diagnosis and treatment. All qualified ophthalmologists are invited to contribute content and post it immediately subject to the terms and conditions of EyeWiki.

Username Policy

If you are a member of the EyeWiki Editorial Board or a Committee Member, please use a username that follows this convention:

Firstname.MI.Lastname.ROLE

  • Example: John.C.Doe.CMT
In this instance CMT stands for a Committee Member. If you aren't part of a committee, you do not need to add a suffix. Suffixes EIC, DEC, and AAO are reserved for the Editor-in-Chief, Deputy Editor-in-Chief, and AAO staff, respectively.
