Structure of Belantamab mafodotin, an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) used for treatment-resistant multiple myeloma. An IgG1 monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) expressed on multiple myeloma cells is linked to the cytoxic payload monomethyl auristatin F (MMAF), a microtuble disrupter.
