Non-contrast CT scan demonstrates well-defined, round to oval lesions, smooth in outline, associated with prominent scalloped lacrimal fossa (orange curved line) formation due to pressure without bone erosion in compared to left orbit (orange arrows). Long-standing large tumours lobulations and radiolucent areas of cystic degeneration.
