Image 1; Ref 2 Figure B,C: Prominent unilateral edema of the left eyelid and an indurated, subcutaneous plaque forming on the left lateral cheek. Biopsy was consistent with an atypical lymphohistiocytic infiltrate. A second biopsy of the left lateral cheek lesion showed features consistent with subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma including atypical CD8+ lymphocytes.
