A 55-year-old Asian man with uveal melanoma (UM) combined with oculocutaneous melanosis (OCM) who had the skin pigmentation in his right forehead, ear, cheeks, nose, eyelid, and skin folds (white arrow). C, Fundus examination revealed a large pigmented mushroom-shaped choroidal melanoma with peripheral exudative retinal detachment (white arrow).
