Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma should also be considered in patients presenting with isolated, growing, lesions of the eyelid. The image demonstrates a focal, rounded, broad-based lesion of the right upper eyelid measuring 15mm. The lesion appears solid with some vascularity. No ocular surface or intraocular infiltrative lesions were visible on exam. The patient denied pain, vision changes or other ocular symptoms. Biopsy results indicated CD30+ T-cell lymphoma with a DUSP22 rearrangement suggestive of cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
