Brightness scan (B scan) of non-appositional choroidal effusions from a patient with systemic capillary leak syndrome. This patient also had effusions of their ciliary body causing angle occlusion and persistently elevated IOP despite being pseudophakic and on multiple IOP-lowering medications. Their effusions responded to systemic and topical corticosteroids.
