Original file(3,958 × 1,721 pixels, file size: 907 KB, MIME type: image/jpeg)

The fundus photos and OCT images of the right and left eyes (A and B) from a patient with pregnancy-induced hypertension (preeclampsia) show bilateral serous retinal detachment (SRD) or Central Serous Chorioretinopathy (CSC). The initial examination of the left eye (B) also reveals subretinal fibrin-like deposits (SFD) (yellow arrow) and intraretinal hemorrhages (blue arrow). After 23 days, these findings resolved in both eyes (C and D), with no residual anatomical consequences except for RPE mottling (red arrow) as seen in the fundus photo of the right eye (C).
