(A) Firstly, align the posterior lid margin using a 6-0 Vicryl suture passing throughout the meibomian gland orifices. (B) Suture the tarsal plate in far-far-near-near-near-near-far-far fashion using 4-0 Vicryl sutures. (C) Complete the lid margin closure using 6 0 silk suture (D) Close the skin with 6-0 nonabsorable sutures keeping the long end of the tarsus suture in the last knot.
