A) A full thickness lower lid defect of more than 75% length. B)Measuring the actual length of flap to be mobilised by bringing the cut edges of defect closer. C) Raising a tarsoconjunctival flap from the upper lid, by placing incision 3mm away from the lid margin. D) Flap mobilized towards the defect and conjunctiva to conjunctiva and tarsus to orbicularis closure using 6 -0 vicryl sutures. E) Anterior lamellar reconstruction using a full thickness graft over formed bed.
